The rooftop terrace had fine views over the old town and was the perfect spot for relaxing at sunset. My room was spacious and comfortable, allowing me to unwind after a day of exploring. Unfortunately, my stay at Shangri La Mansion was disappointing. The communication from one of the owners was condescending, making me feel unwelcome instead of valued. I also found the steep hill leading to the hotel challenging, especially while carrying luggage, which positioned it poorly for elderly guests or those with mobility issues.
